Welcome to CEBT's Annual Summer Conference!  

We’re excited to host CEBT’s 46th Annual Summer Conference — “Benefits in Action: The View From Here—Turning Access Into Impact.”  This year’s theme aligns with Colorado’s 150th anniversary celebration, embracing the spirit of “The View From Here.”

The conference will take place July 19–22 at the beautiful Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, Colorado. The event will be held in-person, with a virtual attendance option available for those unable to join us onsite. There is no cost to attend the conference sessions, whether virtually or in person. In-person attendees are only responsible for their lodging expenses (details below).

How to Register:

Please complete the Registration form that was emailed to you, which includes the virtual registration links. If you did not receive the email, you can contact Stacy at the email address below. RSVP Deadline: July 2, 2026

For In-Person Attendees:

  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided Monday through Wednesday at the Sonnenalp Hotel.
  • Evening Events:
    • Sunday, July 19: Welcome Happy Hour, Sonnenalp Hotel library / Kings Club
    • Monday, July 20: Dinner and live entertainment featuring magician Scotty Wiese at the 10th Mountain Restaurant, Vail Mountain.
    • Tuesday, July 21:  CEBT Hosted dinner (details coming soon).
